Aquagenics Tech’s focus and model on research and licensing demands a strong basis of protection of our patentable intellectual property (IP).  We have a very active strategy of patent pursuit underway in a variety of different fields that relate to our core competencies as an organization.  We understand the global nature of business today and have active strategies in play to enable a safe outward facing focus, recognizing much of our growth will come from secure access to the global marketplace.
